Joon Dallas Concert reviews
Skrillex Rocked It: but who were those other guys
"I'll be honest: Boys Noize played for only an hour. Joon played for 1.5. My issue with this venue, and similar ones, is the lack of credit given to opening acts. There was a solid 45min where all they played was Bob Marley over the speakers. While I appreciate Bob Marley, it wasn't necessary for that long. The energy Joon brings is always fantastic. He hypes the crowd and keeps them engaged. I could easily listen to him for hours at a concert without getting bored. It's disappointing that there wasn't any information provided about the performers. A pamphlet, brochure, or some sort of guide would have been helpful. DJs put in a lot of effort to be on stage; it should be simple to know who they are. Especially if they put on a great show! Getting the next stage ready didn't require that much time. It's essential to keep the audience informed about the lineup, especially if they arrive late into the concert."
